• Assessment for new or worsening injuries 

• Education provided re: injury, prognosis and treatment planning

• some treatment provided including manual therapy, modalities, home exercise program, taping, etc

• Coordination with other health care practitioners available, ie: we will happily send along any findings to your regular practitioner (chiro, PT, RMT, osteo, family Dr., etc)

• NOT intended for those who require emergency care

• Please come wearing shorts and/or a tank top if comfortable (loose clothing is best)

FULL ASSESSMENT

• AT/RMT - $125/visit (covered through Athletic Therapy or RMT extended benefits where applicable – a receipt will be issued for you to submit)

• OSTEOPATHY - $120/visit (Covered through extended benefits where applicable - a receipt will be issued for you to submit)

• Expect 60 min for appointment

• Thorough assessment of new or worsening injuries, conerns regarding biomechanics/instability and/or injury risk

• Includes treatment that may involve taping (kinesiology tape and therapeutic), manual therapy, strength/stretching exercises and education

• Coordination with other health care practitioners available, ie: we will happily send along any findings to your regular practitioner (chiro, PT, RMT, osteo, family Dr., etc)

• Please come wearing shorts and/or a tank top if comfortable (loose clothing is best)

RAPID CARE CLINIC & REGULARLY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS (AT, RMT, Osteopathy)

• Treatments range from 30-60 min

• Please come wearing shorts and/or a tank top if comfortable (loose clothing is best)

• Most treatments (massage therapy or athletic therapy) will include manual therapy/hands on treatment, therapeutic exercise, modalities and education

• Emphasis will be placed on active rehabilitation and self care

**Please note - even for massage therapy, treatment may be provided over clothing and may include therapeutic exercise. All CMTO guidelines will be followed**

• Most services are available for virtual appointments

• You can expect the same care and expertise in the virtual clinic as you would in person

• A secure link will be sent via email to access your virtual appointment

• Fees remain the same and are covered by most extended health benefit plans (athletic therapy or massage therapy)

• Position your device so that your whole body can be seen on the screen
