Treatment techniques include: myofascial release, soft tissue release, joint mobilizations, therapeutic massage, PNF stretching, therapeutic exercise, mobility, modalities and education

OSTEOPATHY ($65 - $120)
It is a drug-free, non-invasive manual therapy that aims to improve health across all body systems.
It uses manual ‘hands-on’ techniques to improve and correct altered biomechanics.
An osteopathic practitioner treats the body as whole and finds the cause instead of focusing on the symptom.
Osteopathy is designed to treat chronic reoccurring pain or discomfort
concentrates on putting the structure in the right place ('where it's supposed to be') so the function can return.
Osteopathy is safe and effective for all ages from new born to elderly.
