Massage Therapy

Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health.

Here at London Sports Injury Clinic, we like to use massage therapy in the context of active living so don't be surprised when your therapist goes the extra mile and provides you with a thorough assessment, uses active therapy techniques and/or provides you with tools and education to use between your massage therapy treatments. 

Physical dysfunction and pain and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented through the use of Massage Therapy.

Massage therapists are regulated health professionals and goverened by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
